User Registry of the KaravaPro Marketplace

Providing self-service and product purchasing options to users

The register contains users' basic contact information such as name, email address, username, and password. Additionally, users can store supplementary personal information in the system, such as work address, phone number, and interests.

Information about the registered user is obtained from

• the registered user themselves when becoming a customer, when registering as a user of the service, when the registered user uses the services, or when any other relevant connection is established between the data controller and the data subject
• from third parties within the limits allowed by applicable law for the purposes described in this register description

Information is not disclosed outside the EU or the European Economic Area

Personal data will be deleted when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, unless applicable legislation requires otherwise for the storage of personal data.

The register is protected by usernames, passwords, and a firewall. Only designated personnel are authorized to handle the user registry. Processors of personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations.

The individual in the register has the rights including

• request access from the data controller to their personal data, and the right to request correction or deletion of the data, or restriction of processing, or to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability
• where the processing of personal data is based on the data subject's consent, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
• the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of personal data with the supervisory authority
